bikini graph. The last year that the government was in the inept hands of the neocons, Bush, Cheney, et al, America was falling off a cliff as far in terms of jobs losses. Within weeks of Obama taking office and beginning to govern, the terrible momentum is arrested and within months, the turnaround begins.
